Hi, I have two questions -
Does the nasal cannula come with this water bottle or do you buy it separately?
And do you ship to Australia?

Hi,
What is the best way to dispose of a used cartridge?
Question by: Robert Chittock on 26 Apr 2020, 14:06
Good question! The carbon can be crushed and disposed with your garden waste or can be added to flower beds (it will improve soil drainage and will slowly biodegrade); the plastic cups can be disposed in the recycling bin.

Hi, I am new to RO products but need a very low volume RO system and think that the Osmio 2.5" x 10" size housing and Osmio 50 GPD Reverse Osmosis Membrane would be best. However, I don't understand the difference between the white filter housings and the clear filter housings (which seem to have the addition of 'Breather-valve: body polypropylene, o-ring EPDM'? Can you please explain and advise what would be best to get a basic system working. Thank you.
Question by: Antonio Triaca on 30 May 2023, 13:30
The 2.5 x 10" housing is not designed for use with a reverse osmosis membrane. We have a range of reverse osmosis systems which you can look at here https://www.osmiowater.co.uk/water-filters/reverse-osmosis-water-filters.html if you need any help choosing the right system to meet your needs then please contact us.

Hi. I’ve had new filters delivered and installed them, but they still leak. Can I get new O-ring seals (the thin ones in the top of the cylinders)?

Or is there a safe sealant to use?

Best regards ,

Phil
Question by: Phil Meers on 18 Oct 2023, 17:13
Yes O rings are a spare part here:

You need to grease them with plumbers grease (food grade silicon grease) or else they get damaged due to friction and stretching
