No the bottles uses a spe pem membrane method so it will not allow the pH influencing gases through it, just h2

Good question! The carbon can be crushed and disposed with your garden waste or can be added to flower beds (it will improve soil drainage and will slowly biodegrade); the plastic cups can be disposed in the recycling bin.

I bought an Osmio swan neck chrome water filter tap (sku 296700) in October 2019 (Invoice #100032020). It is dripping badly but I can't see how to repair it. Can you please advise.

Hi Geoff, you may need to take out the valve by taking the handle off and soak it in vinegar or citric acid to descale it and see if that works. If not, then the tap will have to be changed.

if you ordering the tap for existing installation - check the tubing size you have. Most of the time tubing is marked with 1/4, or 3/8. If there are no markings on the tubing measure diameter of the tubing you have. It will be around 6mm for 1/4 ''or around 10mm for 3/8''

If you are fitting the tap to one of our Indra kits you will need to choose the 1/4" tubing option, if you are using a different kit then please let us know so we can further advise.
