Can you show me a picture of it in situ, for comparison of how much room it will use and where it needs to go as I might have to put it out side like some other manufacturers
Question by: Paul on 29 Mar 2018, 16:39
Hi Paul we don't have a picture of it in situ, but you can install outside and you can arrange the three filter housings in any configuration.

Hi, I have two questions -
Does the nasal cannula come with this water bottle or do you buy it separately?
And do you ship to Australia?
Question by: Shayl on 14 Feb 2020, 08:04
The nasal cannula is included. Yes, we do ship to Australia.

Hi,
What is the best way to dispose of a used cartridge?
Question by: Robert Chittock on 26 Apr 2020, 14:06
Good question! The carbon can be crushed and disposed with your garden waste or can be added to flower beds (it will improve soil drainage and will slowly biodegrade); the plastic cups can be disposed in the recycling bin.

Can you please tell me the footprint required for the PRO -III- XL triple filter or just the overall end to end measurement
Question by: Kevin Bow on 2 Feb 2021, 16:56
Each Housing has the following dimensions (there are three housings in total) 23-7/8" x 7-1/4" (606 mm x 184 mm)
Total footprint if installed with connecting nipples as shown on the product picture would be 655 x 606 without allowance for connecting pipes/ hoses.

Hi can you please confirm if this system is suitable for a 4000 Sq Ft with 6 /7 bathrooms, can you also confirm that the water will not cause any damage to the copper pipework

Thanks

Andy
Question by: Andy Freer on 5 Apr 2022, 07:45
this depends on required flow - system can do 70 LPM. System is only dealing with impurities not changing PH of water or Limescale reduction. If you would like to protect pipes from corrosion depending on your hardness Osmio Maxi soft would be suitable for you.

Will fitting a whole house system at the point of entry cause the water pressure to drop? If so is there anything you can do to increase the pressure again.
Question by: Duncan Ford on 5 Apr 2022, 14:09
If your pressure is 3 bar + you unlikely to notice the difference. The system has about 0.8 bar of flowing pressure loss at 3 bar. If your pressure is under 3 bar - you might want to install pressure boosting system before the filtration if you have room for this.
Answer by: Irina Orlenko (Admin) on 11 Apr 2022, 14:56
how often the 3rd cartridge needs to be replaced? how would I know witch cartridge comes first as both first and third looks exactly the same?.
thanks
Question by: diana on 10 May 2022, 09:20
When the system is installed it is recommended to have the water pass through the ceramic filter first (changed every 3 years or 300,000 litres), then through the carbon block (changed every 6 months) then the KDF and GAC filter (changed every 12 months). The first and third filter do look the same but as they have different filter media inside you can usually tell the difference if you shake the cartridges as the ceramic filter has ceramic balls inside so it makes a different noise when you shake it.

Hi,
I am currently running at 2.5 bar water pressure, how much pressure drop would i expect to see and what is the litres per min delivery through the filters at this new pressure?
Question by: Ian Palfreeman on 16 Aug 2022, 12:48
Standing pressure loss for this system ~0.7 Bar at 2.5 bar pressure, minimum recommended pressure for the system is 2.5 bar
