No the bottles uses a spe pem membrane method so it will not allow the pH influencing gases through it, just h2

Good question! The carbon can be crushed and disposed with your garden waste or can be added to flower beds (it will improve soil drainage and will slowly biodegrade); the plastic cups can be disposed in the recycling bin.

a). Does hard water mean the requirement for frequent descaling ?
b). If the treated water needs to be consumed fairly rapidly because of the degradation of hydrogen, does this mean it can’t be carried around for consumption when outdoors walking or playing sport ?

a) - yes, if you use hard water the electrodes will scale up quicker
b) -if left out in the open with no turbulence at room temperature with an initial H2 concentration of 1.3 mg/L, the concentration would likely be around 0.6-0.7 mg/L after two hours. It the best to consume water straight after electrolysing. The bottle has a battery - and you can do it on a go.

Osmio Duo designed mail=nly for drinking. You can drink as much water as you want.

Osmio Duo has SPE/PEM technology and electrolysis runs as usual with distilled or low TDS water. You can use distilled water.

Yes it is a very good idea! Electrolysing DDW does not change the D concentration
