Hi, I have two questions -
Does the nasal cannula come with this water bottle or do you buy it separately?
And do you ship to Australia?

Hi,
What is the best way to dispose of a used cartridge?
Question by: Robert Chittock on 26 Apr 2020, 14:06
Good question! The carbon can be crushed and disposed with your garden waste or can be added to flower beds (it will improve soil drainage and will slowly biodegrade); the plastic cups can be disposed in the recycling bin.

If this make water alkaline, can it be used with a boiling water tap like Quooker or Franke Omni?
Would love a solution like Zero which can sit under the sink and be plumbed straight to tap.
Question by: Tom on 17 Feb 2021, 12:47
We do not recommend any RO systems to be used with boiling taps. D7 produces pure water, which even after remineralisation can be too aggressive and corrode the boiler and the heating element. In fact, we do not recommend this product at all - You can watch the video below which will explain why.

We have Osmio Fusion - it is a countertop system, the heating element is rare earth coated, and pure water doesn't cause corrosion.

Hi,
I drink a lot of water and all from the tap, I'm looking for the best possible filtration system for drinking water. It's quite confusing being very unscientific I wondered if you could simply explain the best system for the cleanest possible drinking water, one other thing to consider is that I move home every couple of years I would like to be able to take the system with me, my preference would be something that was hidden but my priority is the cleanest drinking water which would you recommend please? thank you Sarah
Question by: Sarah Payne on 29 Aug 2021, 09:00
A Reverse Osmosis system would ensure the reduction of 96-99% of impurities.
For households of 1-4 people, we recommend a system that is not installed
For larger households Osmio Fusion or HT+ for larger households.

Hi, I am looking at purchasing an Osmio D7 Direct Flow Reverse Osmosis System but it constantly says out of stock. Are you getting this back in stock or is it being replaced with a different model please? Thanks for any help. Pippa
Question by: Pippa on 22 Nov 2023, 16:57
This model is discontinued and although being great, has been dwarfed by the demand for the Osmio Fusion which is the best installed RO system we currently have
