No the bottles uses a spe pem membrane method so it will not allow the pH influencing gases through it, just h2

Good question! The carbon can be crushed and disposed with your garden waste or can be added to flower beds (it will improve soil drainage and will slowly biodegrade); the plastic cups can be disposed in the recycling bin.

We won't be getting this filter back in stock but we do have an alternative filter available: https://www.osmiowater.co.uk/eco-10-maxi-body.html - just select your tubing size from the drop down menu so the filter is sent with the correct fitting to connect to your tubing.
